Passionate about overall health and well-being, I have accumulated over 1,700 hours of training in massage therapy and physiotherapy, including a specialization in shoulder treatment.
Curious and always motivated to deepen my knowledge, I have also studied psychology and business strategy at UQAM, in addition to holding a Master’s degree in Metaphysics. This diverse background strengthens my ability to support individuals in all their richness and complexity.
Today, I integrate all of these approaches to offer personalized care tailored to each person’s needs. My goal is to improve physical well-being, restore the body’s fluidity, and enable you to carry out daily activities freely and comfortably.
